Gulf Coast native, creative director, lifelong host.
Founded by Gulf Coast native Harley Loyer, Eclectic Ave. was born from a lifelong love of gathering people together and creating moments that feel both beautiful and meaningful. Known among friends and family for hosting thoughtful, detail-driven celebrations, Harley turned that passion into a full-service event planning and design studio.
With a background in event coordination and a natural eye for design, Harley blends creative vision with logistical expertise — ensuring every event feels intentional, polished, and deeply personal. Whether designing florals, styling an installation, or managing the flow of an event day, her goal is always the same: to create spaces where people feel welcomed, inspired, and excited to celebrate.
