Privacy policy
Who we are. Eclectic Ave. Events + Design ("we", "us") is an event design and floral studio serving the Mississippi Gulf Coast, New Orleans, and surrounding areas. For any privacy question, contact hello@eclecticaveevents.com.
What we collect. Only what you choose to give us: your name, email address, event date, location, service interest, and anything you write in the contact form. If you consent to analytics, we also receive aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics.
Why we use it. To respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, and deliver the services you request. The lawful bases are your consent (analytics, marketing email) and the steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (inquiries and bookings).
Who we share it with. We do not sell or rent personal information. We use a small number of processors purely to operate the site and deliver messages — our website host and our transactional email provider — each bound to handle data on our instructions only.
How long we keep it. Inquiry correspondence is kept for up to three years so we can reference past projects, then deleted on request or at the end of that period. Analytics data is retained in aggregate only.
Children. This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to withdraw consent at any time, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither). These rights are provided under the GDPR/UK GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA, and we honor them for every visitor regardless of location.
To exercise any right, email hello@eclecticaveevents.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We will never discriminate against you for making a request. Cookie consent can be withdrawn instantly with the "Manage privacy preferences" button above. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and browser "Do Not Track" signals by keeping optional categories switched off.
Data security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and access to inquiry data is limited to the studio owner. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive financial or identity documents through the contact form.
Accessibility
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA: readable contrast, keyboard-operable navigation and consent controls, descriptive alt text, and respect for reduced-motion preferences. If anything on this site is difficult to use, tell us and we'll fix it.
Terms of use
All content on this website — including photography, copy, and design — is the property of Eclectic Ave. Events + Design unless otherwise credited. Please do not reproduce or redistribute without written permission.
Event photography featured on this site is used with permission from the photographers and clients involved. For image licensing inquiries, please get in touch.
Information on this site is provided for general guidance; pricing and availability are confirmed in a written proposal. The site is provided "as is" without warranties, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
